Your artwork is colour-profiled for sublimation accuracy, printed onto polyester satin fabric, and the scrunchies are cut and assembled by hand before quality-checking. Stacy reviews the colour proof — if any adjustments are needed for colour accuracy, they're made before production begins.

Custom Printed Scrunchies — Common Questions

Why must printed scrunchies be polyester satin rather than natural silk?

Sublimation printing requires polyester fibres — the dye process bonds with synthetic polyester at a molecular level, creating permanent, vibrant colour. Natural silk doesn't accept sublimation dye, so silk scrunchies use embroidery or heat transfer methods instead. Our polyester satin is silky-smooth, high-lustre, and indistinguishable from silk to the touch.

Will the print fade after washing?

Sublimation dye bonds permanently with polyester fibres and has excellent wash fastness. We recommend cold machine wash or hand wash to extend the life of all fabric accessories. Under normal care conditions, the print will remain vibrant for years.

Can I have different designs in one order?

Yes — you can order different designs within a single order as long as each design meets the 10-piece minimum. Stacy will create separate proofs for each design. Note that separate setup is required per unique design, so pricing applies per design quantity.

What is the difference between all-over print and centred logo print?

All-over print means your design wraps entirely around the scrunchie fabric — maximum visual impact. Centred logo print places your logo as a single, clear placement on the scrunchie with a solid colour background — cleaner and more classic looking. Both options are available; specify your preference when ordering.
